Jewelry Care
As with any fine jewelry, it must be worn with care. If it's well taken care of, it's life will be elongated. When your jewelry lasts longer, there is less waste in the landfill. It's a win-win situation for everyone - long lasting jewelry for you and less waste for the environment.
However, the material of your jewelry and how it was produced plays an important role in jewelry care. To learn more, read about our materials.
Below are some useful tips to help you take better care of your jewelry:
Do not shower, workout, swim, or wash your hands with your jewelry on.
Although our jewelry is Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coated making the jewelry more resistant to tarnish, corrosion, or regular wear and tear - it's always recommended to have less contact with liquids. |
|
Apply perfumes, sprays, creams, and cosmetic products before putting your jewelry on. Chemicals found in these products can advance the tarnishing of the PVD coating. As a result, jewelry should be the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off at the end of your day. |

After each wear, delicately buff your jewelry with a dry cloth.
When not wearing your jewelry, store in a safe and dry place, like a jewelry case.
For diamonds, gently buff with a warm damp cloth and detergent free soap. Pat dry with a dry cloth and store in a dry place. |
