My Bijoux Toronto takes pride in the quality and durability of our products. We conduct quality control assessments during our packaging and shipping process to ensure only the best products are sold to our customers. 

COVID Disclaimer: Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product while following safety protocols.

 

Therefore, please confirm all information at the final checkout screen before confirming your order including the right item(s) and sizing. We provide measurement charts on our website and strongly encourage you to use it prior to placing your order.

My Bijoux Toronto cannot be held liable for any damages to packaging during the shipping and handling process. Furthermore, if our courrier service provider shows that the item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courrier. We cannot be held liable is your package goes missing or is stolen.

However, if your actual jewelry or other products come damaged, please email us (with a clear picture of the damage) within 24 hours from when the package was received. Any emails beyond this point will not be accepted as we have no way of confirming if this was due to shipping and handling or due to wear and tare.
